Cancellation Policy
All booking requests are reviewed based on availability, and your date is secured only once a non‑refundable deposit has been received. Remaining balances are due seven days before the event. Pricing may be adjusted to reflect add‑ons, premium flavours, dietary upgrades, extended travel, or changes in guest count. Final selections and guest counts must be confirmed at least seven days prior. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be rescheduled or cancelled without additional charges. Cancellations made within 7 days to 24 hours of the event are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are subject to a 100% charge, as all preparation, staffing, and ingredients will have been allocated. Deposits remain non‑refundable under all circumstances. By proceeding with a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
